The Gospel Solera Rye, made using 100% Australian single-sourced rye grain, embodies a classic rye in an approachable soft and smooth way, making it perfect for mixers and easy drinking cocktails. It is aged in The Gospel’s bespoke five-tiered solera system of new American oak, second-fill American oak and Australian red wine barrels. Adapting this unique process to the rye delivers an American style rye whiskey that is rapidly becoming known for its smoothness and versatility..
Tasting Notes: Distinctly flavourful with a perfect balance of sweet and savoury. Baking spices and rich caramel on the nose, sweet oak orchard fruits are coupled with dark toffee on the palate to deliver a long rich finish.
