Damaged or lost in transit

In the unfortunate event you receive goods that are damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund the value of the damaged or lost goods. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were damaged or faulty.


Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, or change your mind, you can return your order within 7 days and receive a full refund, excluding postage costs, if you return the order in their original condition to our warehouse. Please contact us to let us know about your order and why you want to return it. We may not accept returns if they are received damaged or incomplete.

Refunds will debited to the same payment method for the order. We will seek to process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.
