The profile of the wines used in its blend have been meticulously selected for their specific contribution: a predominance of winey, angular Pinot Noir (40-50%), both for its fruity intensity and for the integrating structure it confers on the dosage; full, fleshy Pinot Meunier (30-40%), for its richness and fondue in the mouth; and Chardonnay (10-20%) with a touch of sharp acidity for a refreshing finish. This 750ml bottle is accompanied by a neck tag which steps out how it should be served to best enjoy this Champagne.
