Kentucky Owl Confiscated pays homage to the barrels of Whiskey seized by the Federal Government before Prohibition.
Notes of oak, caramel, mesquite banana bread and dark chocolate on the nose. The taste is of soft oak, caramel, vanilla wafer in banana pudding with a spicy citrus zest on the finish.
