Bottle signed by Mr Maurice-Richard Hennessy. Extremely rare.
On 24 December 1818, the Dowager Empress of Russia sent an order for rare cognac to the Hennessy family requesting them to prepare a unique blend of exceptional finesse, a gift from the Dowager Empress to her son, Tsar Alexander I. Hennessy's master blender, Yann Fillioux, inspired by the imperial creation of his ancestor wanted to bring back this extraordinary cognac ordered by the Russian Imperial Court and beyond to their highest representatives and most eminent guests. After meticulous research at the company archives in Cognac, Hennessy has recreated the imperial blend using aged twentieth and nineteenth century eaux-de-vie. The blend of these exceptional, fine and sensual eaux-devie selected for the secret recipe of Paradis Impérial is the achievement of generations of talents of the Fillioux' Family. +A cognac unlike any other thanks to it's elegant, subtle sophistication.+ Yann Fillioux
