This wine is a light salmon pink colour with aromas of strawberries and cream, sour dough baked bread and citrus notes. On the palate it is layered with a complex array of nougat, and fresh red berries. The finish is tight, crisp and balanced. It is drinking beautifully now and will also reward cellaring for the next 2 to 4 years.
