Amaro Bràulio was born from the meeting of nature with history. In 1875, the botanist Dr Francesco Peloni developed the original recipe for the Amaro Braulio in Lombardia.
The ingredients are exclusively fresh herbs and spring water from the mountain region of Valtellina. The herbs are dried at the fresh mountain air and then fermented with spring water and alcohol for a month. The artisan product is also matured for 2 years in oak barrels - the only Amaro in the world to do so.
