Uzun Demele is Yeni Raki’s first round, anise flavored craft raki. It whitens well. On the nose, rested grape alcohol and intense anise scent are evident. Very well balanced in the mouth. Anise is well fed to alcohol, the alcohol is rested and “calm”. A boutique quality raki, soft enough to drink even dry. 45% ABV.
