As a condition of using this website, www.boozeit.com,au, you agree to be bound by all of the following terms and conditions of use. We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Please review these Terms and Conditions each time you use the website to ensure you are aware of any changes made.

 

 

1. Ordering from Boozeit

1.1 When placing an order from Boozeit you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years, and that all details relating to your order are true and correct. It is a legal requirement that the person placing the order is over the age of 18 years, and also that the person receiving the delivery is over the age of 18 years. You will be asked to supply your date of birth in order to finalise your purchase with boozeit.com.au. You confirm that any products you purchase via boozeit.com.au will be received by persons over the age of 18 years.

1.2 Orders placed via Boozeit are subject to our Delivery Terms as described in section 6 below. Returns (refunds) for orders made via the website are available as described in section 5 below.

1.3 All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

1.4 All goods or services are provided in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms and conditions displaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1.5 From time to time, we may offer promotions and value-adds which will appear on our website. The terms and conditions of any promotion or value-add will appear on the website. You must read and agree to the terms and conditions of any promotion or value-add prior to making any order which includes a promotion or value-add.

 

 

2. Website Content

2.1 Website software, all imagery, and content are provided as is, and are provided without any warranties of any kind. Boozeit may make changes to website functionality, content, imagery, services etc at any time without notice. 

2.2 Much of the content available on Boozeit has been sourced from suppliers, and as such, Boozeit, make no warranties or claims as to the validity of content provided, availability of product, or accuracy of content and imagery, however, best efforts are made to ensure that content is as accurate as possible.

 

 

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 The content, layout, design, and concept belong or is licensed to Boozeit. Any use, reproduction, downloading etc of any part of boozeit.com.au other than as expressly permitted via Boozeit's written consent is strictly prohibited.

 

 

4. Website Linking

4.1 Boozeit may provide links to third party sites. The links do not indicate, expressly, or implied, any endorsement of content, imagery, products, services etc by boozeit.com.au. If you intend to follow those links, you do so at your own risk.

 

 

5. Returns

5.1 We offer returns (refunds) in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law:

'Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

5.2 Once an order is shipped, a cancellation cannot be processed. 

5.3 If you would like to return an item to exchange, we cannot ship your new order until previous order is received  

 

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery rates are calculated at the checkout.

6.2 All deliveries are processed by either Boozeit.com.au Drivers or third party couriers (Couriers Please Pty. Ltd) depending on the destination. Delivery vendors are selected at the discretion of Boozeit.com.au. 

6.3 Orders are generally processed and despatched on the same business day as the order is placed, or the next business day (excludes public holidays). Please see delivery information for further details for times and locations or email Boozeit at help@boozeit.com.au for any questions relating to delivery.

6.4 Boozeit ensure that all items delivered are in merchantable condition. Please contact Boozeit immediately to advise of any breakage, or concerns with your delivery at help@boozeit.com.au.

6.5 It is the obligation of the customer to provide the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter an incorrect/insufficient address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Should a refund be necessary, a full refund of items less delivery will be provided.

6.6 We ship within Australia only.

6.7 A valid form of identification stating your date of birth must be shown on delivery. Delivery cannot be accepted by anyone under 18.

6.8 Free delivery codes exclude beer, cider and premix.

 

7. Payment

7.1 Payment options. 

(a) Orders placed on the website must be paid in full before postage of the goods. Where payment for an order is made by credit card, we do not store your credit card number on our servers, however it may be retained by our payment gateway provider (PayPal) in circumstances where this is required.

(b) Order placed via Paypal must be completed before postage of goods. A payment confirmation email will be recieved from Paypal, immediatly followed by postage of goods (depending on delivery method chosen).

(c) Order can be placed via Zip. Boozeit take no responsibility for contract between customer and ZipMoney Pty. Ltd.

7.2 In cases where your payment for an order fails for reasons including but not limited to insufficient card credit, or cheque dishonour, we do not warrant that stock will be held until an alternate payment method is available or the original payment is otherwise effected.

 

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

 

 

9. Liquor Licensing Act/Responsible Service of Alcohol

9.1 LIQUOR ACT 2007: It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to or to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.

Boozeit (Licence No.: 724002257) supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol.

 

 

10. Promotions

10.1 Free Delivery excludes some areas (i.e. some rural and country areas, some areas in WA, SA and NT)

10.2 Only one discount code can be used at any one time

10.3 Free standard delivery on orders over $200

10.4 Up to a maximum delivery charge of $24.99

10.5 Free Delivery does not apply to express delivery

10.6 10% off discount excludes some products. New customers only. Maximum discount of $20

10.7 Referral codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Minimum purchase $100

10.8 Christmas Eve delivery includes postcodes within 25km of our warehouse in 2770 NSW only  

10.9 Southern Comfort promotion will run until 30/6/22  - all winners will be notified by the end date.Eligible products can be viewed when promotion is clicked.

11.0 Johnnie Walker promotion will run until 30/6/22 - all winners will be notified by the end date. Eligible products can be viewed when promotion is clicked.

11.1 All free gift promotions are limited to 1 per order.
